This would make a great place for hanging an antique window frame. It could be left as is or add color by applying the cling color sheets. Another option would be to add some of your favorite pictures. Have them copied then add them to the glass panels. Both sides. Another option is to add a wooden cap so to speak. This will allow an area in which to decorate. A basket or container can be added for a place to put your keys and mail.
what are you going to do on the little half wall? Little planter/shelf? Curious what the ceiling looks like under ther.
